  • Collaborated and co-led, a digital cultural shift that saved millions in costs that was aligned with the strategic direction of the company to provide top-notch and well-trained management-level employees; supporting the company’s 100% growth in reach, increasing income from 200 million to 5 billion.

  • Designed the LEAD Program that increased productivity, indirectly resulting in 100M gross revenue within 5 years of starting.

  • Transformed the business as a solo resource turned pivotal collaborator, through a digital transformation that propelled the brand from fourth to third in the market.

  • Built a culture training program that instilled values and behaviors across all employees and developed over 300 managers and supervisors to grow the front-line leaders with a 1,000% increase.

  • Conducted and led 18 educational sessions for prominent technical learning initiatives including Sprint and JP Morgan Chase.
